Pricing for Basic Inspection Services
(Note: The fees below are due and payable on or prior to the day of inspection unless other arrangements have been made). We gladly accept cash, check, visa or master card.
Residential Fee Schedule

| *Add $25.00 for each additional 500 square feet. |
- Add $30.00 for each additional kitchen.
- Reinspection’s or additional trips to the property will be done at a $250.00 minimum per trip.
- Structural Inspection: $350.00 and up. To clarify information submitted by others on a termite inspection or appraisal, etc.
- Commercial $500.00 minimum and up.
- Additional Attached Garage Space $50.00 per space.
- Add $50.00 minimum for each additional kitchen.
- Call for Commercial Pricing ($600.00 & up).
Radon Testing:
Meets EPA Radon Measurement Proficiency Requirements
Requires Placement of Test Equipment to be in Home for approximately 2 days
Costs: $300.00 with Home Inspection, $350.00 Radon Test Alone
Water Testing:
Bacteria Test - $250.00
VA Type Test - $400.00 with Home Inspection (Bacteria, lead, nitrates and nitrites)
Add $30.00 to each without Home Inspection
Well Chlorination:
$250.00 minimum
Additional trips made to the property will be at a $250.00 minimum fee per trip.
Note: If possible all utilities should be turned on in order to provide a more comprehensive inspection. (Gas, water, electricity etc.)
Other Services Offered:
Termite, Wood Rot and Structural Damage repairs-Foundation Repairs
Crawlspace Repairs to include moisture control, ventilation, water removal, cleanouts and general maintenance, etc.
- Note: All utilities must be turned on in order to provide a complete inspection. (Gas, water, electricity, etc.)
- We will not ignite or turn on any system or appliance that has been turned off, shut down, or disconnected.
- Payment is expected the day of inspection if prior arrangements have not been made.
- Note: We must have a completed, signed contract prior to performing the inspection per N.C. Licensing Board requirements.
- All cancellations of a schedule inspection must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled inspection time to avoid a cancellation charge. ($300.00 minimum)
